Our bread products come from Blackman’s Bakery which is based in Stratford Upon Avon and run by local baker Craig Blackman. It started in Sheep Street just next door but outgrew the kitchen there and has moved into larger premises in Stratford. Craig has won the Heart FM Pride of Stratford Best Small Business Award and he is passionate about his bread as the great taste and texture shows.
Our fruit and vegetables are supplied by A.M. Bailey which is based in the centre of Stratford upon Avon. Established since 1926, it is an independently family owned business and A.M. Bailey make every effort to procure locally grown produce whenever possible. This is because they not only believe very strongly in supporting local growers, but also insist on providing their customers with the best quality, seasonal produce by reducing the ‘food miles’.
We have sourced our loose leaf teas from a local tea importer in Warwick, ‘The Golden Monkey Tea Company’. It is an independent tea merchants that carries fine fresh teas which are made only from natural products and have been ethically sourced, and with Maria’s help we have developed the ‘Fourteas Blend’ which we hope you will enjoy. Our meat products are supplied by ‘Barry the Butcher’ a traditional family Stratford business which sources locally produced quality meat.
Our coffee beans come from Rainforest Alliance CertifiedTM farms. So with every sip you are helping ensure a better living for the people who grow your coffee, and their families, as well as helping protect the environment and the wildlife that depend on it. Proof, if it were needed, that good taste and good work can go together.
The espresso machine is from ‘Fracino’ the UK’s only manufacturer of cappuccino and espresso coffee machines based here in the Midlands.
The wonderful waitress uniforms have been designed and made by Claire Dempsey of Tiddington.
Ian and Rachael visited India in 2015 and sourced the Glenburn Autumn Crescendo Darjeeling Tea. Glenburn is a heavenly plantation that lies in the Himalayas. The plantation employs over 3000 people in the tea planation and in running a hotel on site. They also have three schools and a hospital. Children have to pay to stay on past junior school so The Fourteas has undertaken to send one child, Arnav Rai, through senior school. With your help we can extend this to others too.
We cater for coeliac sufferers by supplying at least one cake/scone a day made from non-wheat ingredients and although we take all possible precautions to avoid any cross contamination we cannot guarantee it.
We are not a nut free environment so although we can advise you of which products do not contain nuts we cannot guarantee cross contamination.

For parties of 8 and above a service charge of 10% will be made. All tips are shared equally among the staff each shift.
