There is a disabled council parking bay opposite the building, which is only a short walk across the road.

The building has 4 steps up into it. There is a very sturdy handrail and any customers with walking impediments would need to be helped into the building by a carer. As the building is in a conservation area no permanent ramp can be attached to the outside of the building and the gradient needed would take the ramp into the road so would not be allowed.

Within the building there is free access for wheelchairs around the main room and in the corridor leading to a fully fitted disabled toilet. There is one small step into the paved patio area but the access to the garden is narrow and up a number of steep steps, a hand rail is provided but there is no wheelchair access possible due to the confines of the area.
